Easy and Delicious Review by Danielle

Last year was my first attempt at growing onions. It was so much easier than I thought it would be. The Bianca di Maggio plants had terrific germination, grew fast, stayed healthy, and were tastier than any onion that I've ever bought in the store. Bake them with a little drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and it's a taste of heaven. Small ones made great pickles too. They were more pungent than expected, but I liked that. They stored extremely well in the refrigerator, and I'll be saving seed from them for sure. .

made the best onions Review by Karin

I haven't mastered growing large bulbs yet, but the green onions were amazing (not too strong of a flavor either) thru the summer and the medium sized bulbs we grew in zone 3 were still great! Trying again this year to master bigger bulbs!.
