Excellent Spinach! Review by Jennifer

Overall Rating

We were able to harvest and eat this spinach in only 28 days after we planted it. We had no trouble with pests, and we got lots and lots of dark green, mild, delicate spinach. It was wonderful in salads, and no comparison to store bought spinach..

This variety of spinach has grown well for us in zone 7 North Carolina and it reliably overwinters under row covers. We're not huge spinach fans but we always grow a handful of plants to throw baby leaves into salads because it's so good for you. We find the taste of this spinach to be good, so I'm sure spinach lovers would love it even more :).

Wonderful Sweet Spinach Review by Nik9

I ended up planting this very late in the fall, but was still able to harvest a small amount of the spinach this winter. It is sweetest spinach I have ever eaten. I eat it plain without dressing or any additional fruits and veggies. It's a great snack! I would highly reccommend this variety. .

Very good tasting Review by Melanie

Last summer was the first time we grew spinach. It did wonderfully in our garden. Despite the weather. We picked it until it flowered and it never got that bitter taste lettuce gets. It just kept on reproducing. I actually preferred the spinich over the lettuce we grew. It had a wonderful crunch and depth of flavor and much heartier. We will definitely be growing this again, but planting an extra row so we don't run out. .
