Bonny is the best!! Review by pantera

These little tomatoes remain my favorites!! There is no comparison to other varieties I have tried. Bonny Best is very underrated and should be considered in any gardeners list of tomatoes to grow. The plants are not huge, they grew shorter and stouter (about 5 ft. tall) than my other tomato varieties, but the plants were loaded with fruit. They are very hardy where I live...Northern Michigan where this plant went crazy every season I have planted it! Gets tons of fruit, which are really tasty and are best used fresh but sauces made from these are incredible. Fruit tastes like a really classic tomato and are very meaty despite the smaller size. Plants are very disease resistant, pest resistant and need less water than some of the others I planted along side them. For overall use and flavor you really cannot go wrong with a Bonny Best tomato!! Please save seed from these when you plant, are becoming very rare!.

over the years I have grown an incredible vairiety of tomatoes and if i could grow only one it would be Bonny Best. I have at times in the past gotten seed from other seed companies that didnt seem pure... that didnt exhibit the uniform size and classic cat facing that BB should. The fruit are just the ideal size to slice one and eat the whole thing b/c as any mater lover know putting one in the frig ruins the flavor. The texture is just the perfect blance bewteen meat and juice. Perhaps Black Krim tatses a bit better but with the green shoulder issues that variety can exhibit I will take Bonny Best..
