This is the first year I've tried the Chinese Chives in my greenhouse, and I am so pleased with the healthy, sturdy and tasty herb. I've cut them back about 5-6 times now. It has the aroma of a bag of sour cream and onion potatoe chips, mmmmmmmmmm. I share them with everyone. This is my favorite chive so far..
