beautiful and tasty eggplant Review by Unknown

thai eggplant is absolutly delicious whether grilling it, stuffing, using in ratatouille, or making an eggplant parmesan. i have also pre-cooked and frozen it for later use. it is not bitter so no need to salt and sweat before use. i even leave the skin on and cook and eat it also. its tender and mild. Truly a great find in an eggplant.
the plants are relatively easy to grow and this eggplant gets medium sized. i row cover until bloom to elimiante/reduce flea beetle damage..

Tasty!!! Early producer Review by WillyT

I agree with the previous poster's comments. It has a smaller bush than other eggplants; such as Black Champion. Although it does not produce as many fruits at one time as others might. What it does not produce in numbers it makes up in quality and size. The color is stunning. It is also one of the earlier producers. I Will grow this eggplant every year. BECAUSE IT IS DELICIOUS!.

beautiful and prolific but not so tasty. Review by jcxbecton

We had more of these than we knew what to do with but the flavor was sometimes bitter and the seeds were big and numerous. A showy fruit that didn't deliver on flavor for us..

Great tasting didn't get bitter even if allowed to hang a little too long on plant Review by stonesmasher of MI

Grew this in SE MI. grew well no pest issues seen. I grew about 12 plants. gave good steady supply of fruit all summer. fruit will elongate as it matures. MI on same latitude as northern spain, south of france. Therefore quality of sunlight & summer temperature similar. Only saw seed in the fruit i deliberately left to mature for the seed production. Will try to grow from my saved seed this year to see if I have been successful in my first attempt at seed saving from an egg plant. .
