Great for slicing Review by Unknown

Great slicing cucumber. As the summer got hotter, mine were smaller (about 6") but they were good cucumbers..

This is a Winner Review by Jennifer

This was very easy to grow, and I had lots of great cukes with minimal work! I had no pests nor diseases. The hardest part is finding enough people to give them to! I'm growing them again this year - just planted them today..

tasty but small harvest Review by Ethan78

Overall Rating

My first attempt at these last year netted me many cucumbers, but most were smaller than the average slicing variety. However, they tasted great and the cucumber plant itself kept putting on fruit right into the fall.
My new set this year are at about the halfway point and are now putting on runners. A good variety, so long as they're trimmed and not over watered..

Excellent harvest Review by Unknown

I built a trellis with fence posts and chicken wire for the cuc's to grow on. Despite daytime temps of 95 degrees and higher, I'm still harvesting these faster than my family can eat them. Pests don't bother them and no disease at all. These taste great and are very good in salads or just plain. I highly recommend these..

Prolific Review by Ohio

Overall Rating

These were the most prolific cucumbers I have grown. They were healthy looking, decent-sized, and continued producing throughout the hot summer. I ended up making about 15 cans of dill and bread and butter pickles because I had more than I could eat fresh. They had more seeds than pickling cucumbers, but everyone agreed they were great..

Great cucumber for fresh eating Review by seed saver

Overall Rating

This was about the most productive crop we had in 2010. From 2 hills - we kept ourselves and alot of people we knew in fresh cucumbers. Not only that - we all thought it was delicious! Full of true cucumber flavor. I am planting more hills this year to enjoy and share with friends..

Good basic cuke Review by highlandpt

Overall Rating

These were the only cukes I grew in my garden the last few years. They are a good size and I didn't have trouble with them getting bitter even when large. They did have some large seeds if you let them get ahead of you. I use a cattle panel for a trellis and this makes harvesting a snap. Very productive and produced into September this year in zone 5/6..
