Elecampane Herbs seeds Elecampane
(Inula helenium) Tall perennial plant produces pretty, large yellow flowers. It has been used as both a culinary and medicinal herb. The Latin name, helenium, derived from Helen of Troy; legend has it that this plant sprang up from where her tears fell to the ground. An attractive and ornamental plant that is very important historically.
