Thai Serpent
(Trichosathes anguina) Looks very much like a snake, they will make you jump if you’re not paying attention when walking in the garden! The young fruit are tasty when fried and in soups. They can be used much like squash and are popular throughout Asia. We offer a strain from Thailand. This is one of our most exciting introductions and a favorite garden plant of mine!
