Dr. Wyche's Yellow Tomatoes - Orange seeds Dr. Wyche's Yellow
This heirloom was introduced to Seed Saver's Exchange by the late Dr. John Wyche. At one time, he owned the Cole Brother Circus and used the elephant manure to fertilize his heritage gardens. The 1 lb fruit is solid and smooth. In color, they are a glowing, tangerine-orange that always stands out in the kitchen or off the vine. One of the best heirloom orange types for market with its smooth texture & tropical, sweet taste. Heavy yields.
