Sunrise Serenade Morning Glory

FL489

Our most asked-for flower in our 2008 trial gardens. A few vines covered the arbor over our garden gate. The flowers are so unique and stunning; it’s true, double morning glories! They are fully double and uniquely shaped, plus they come in the most lovely shades of ruby-rose. This historic heirloom has long been out of catalogs due to the introduction of modern varieties, but this variety proves that some things can’t be improved on!

Contains 25 heirloom seeds

Wonderful MG's Review by Kosh III

I found these by chance 3 years ago. They produce wonderful small rose-looking flowers which last for several days. It is a vigorous grower which will spread quickly.
I recommend it highly to anyone who enjoys MGs..

absolutely gorgeous! Review by b00kworm

First saw this one growing in Holland on a trial ground 17 years ago, outdoors, and it was stunning then, so snapped it up last year to grow in england. Despite a cool and wet summer, it performed magnficently in a couple of pots, and attracted a bit of attention from knowledgeable gardening friends. It even went on to produce seed, which I didn't expect in this climate. Would recommend this cv highly. Each unique bloom tells its own story..

This is a gorgeous morning glory all on it's own. But if you plant it with another color of morning glory--I planted it with dark purple-blue--next year you will get hybrids. Lots of double dark purple-blue morning glories. What shall I try it with next?.
