Easy to grow. Good yields of 20+ per hill. Can begin harvesting fairly early (75 days) as immature fruits are very tender. Mild flesh can be seasoned any number of ways..

In the year end vegetable review and rating one of my csa customers said, "Most fun I've ever had with a vegetable. My kids loved it. What a treat."

My gluten free customer is in love...finally a spaghetti he can eat.

Prolific and profitable..

WOW! Review by White Deer

What an insane producer this one is! I've grown spaghetti squash before (Hasta la Pasta) but this one blows it out of the water. Be prepared for a HUGE vine when you plant, with runners going 20 ft or more. Mine has left the garden, caught the edge of some overloaded apricot branches, and is now sticking out of the top of the 15 ft apricot tree! Germination rate was 100%. Vines are strong and rank, fast growing, production is HEAVY, 20+ squash per hill (2 seeds) and still producing..

This is amazing. As someone who cringes when confronted with squash or zucchini I found this to be amazingly sweet and definately edible. I love it.
I have only just started picking these spaghetti squash after a cool and unusually wet summer here in Australia. They have done well in the hard circumstances and produced well with at least 6 fruit per plant. Will definately be growing it next year.
Ps. if you get a small fruit poke lots of holes in it or cut it in half before microwaving it - It is quite messy to clean up after exploding, lol..
