I had trouble with germination but I think it was probably a temperature issue.
That being said, this eggplant is very attractive and gives large, round slices that manage to be creamy and still not fall apart when grilled. Will definitely appear in the garden again next year..

This is the most delicious eggplant I’ve ever tasted. Its creamy free of any bitterness and just divine. However, it doesn't hold its shape when cooked and becomes rather mushy but never the less will allways have a place in my garden.

There is truly no eggplant that comes close to this one. Its a feast for the eyes and tummy. The flesh is mouth watering, tender and sweet. Really enjoyed them battered and fried. Rosa Bianca will have a place in my heart and garden always..

This has to be one of the tastiest varieties I have ever tried. Very creamy, sweet, holds up to the grill. I like to try a new variety every season and keep the best. This one will be in the garden every year. Also has good yields throughout the season..
