This kale is tasty and a nutritional powerhouse. I even made some kale chips as a snack and they were delicious. My only cautionary advice is that this crop is prone to insect infestation, like other cabbage family vegs and so I had to spray Bt a couple of times to keep caterpillars and other chewing insects under control..

I really like this Kale. It is really easy to grow and can stand most cold weather. bushy compact plants. Really tasty, I love eating it raw best. I always just picked the juicy green leaves as they grow. .
