I LIVED IN JAPAN FOR 8 YEARS, SO GREAT STIR FRY IS A MUST. THESE GREENS A FANTASTIC! Cook your stir fry, turn off the wok, put them in, toss..the heat from the food will wilt them..and enjoy..fast growing, beautiful color. I planted in mushroom compost in a pot. Added Bennie is I have given 3 pots away as gifts! Also adds great flavor to the salad as the baby greens..Fantastic! Planted during a cold spell, still grew beautifully. No rain damage, and we get rain!.

I live in Raleigh NC. The mix is did really well in my 4X4 sq. ft. garden. It was my first attempt with a mix. The flavors are very complex. The spicy bite and the savory goodness is highly recommended. I will plant again in the fall due to our heat may encourage some bolting. It presents itself beautifully on the plated dish !.

I tried this mix this year for my fall garden and it was a great mix. When the mix was still young and tender I made great salads with it and once the plants were bigger I used it for stir frying. .
