I grew this variety this past season, 2011, and I thought the taste was not good at all, so much so that I didn't even list it for the 2012 SSE YEarbook. Another person who was growing it for seed stock for me said the same thing. My seeds were from Andrey Baranovski of Minsk, Belarus, from whom I've received many outstanding varieties in the past. Unfortunately this was not one of them..

I grew Creme Brulee for the first time in 2011. I was really impressed by it. I like intensely flavored tomatoes and this one delivered for me. I took it to A Master Gardener tomato tasting and it got rave reviews there. I saved seeds and will be sharing them with other Master Gardeners. It was also quite productive. Perhaps the difference was our New Mexico climate and sunshine..
