Very tasty carrot that's even sweeter in the fall after a frost. Great for all sorts of cooking and fresh eating. A big hit at the farmer's market too.

Tends to lose color in storage, so is best used within 3-4 weeks..

This was my first year gardening so I went a bit overboard and bought 3 different color carrots. I really liked the color and flavor of these and so did the kids, once they realized that carrots could come in more than orange. Horses like them too!!.

My favorite carrot. Delicious raw or cooked. Stayed slightly crisper and crunchier when cooked than orange carrots. Mine grew huge this year but remained tender and sweet. The top of the root turns green, which looks gorgeous but I was afraid the green part wouldn't taste good, but it did!.

Everyone loved this carrot,I have 1 kid that would only eat raw carrots and other that likes them only when cooked,this baby was the exception no need to bother cooking it since is very mild and delicious..

We had a horrible summer here incredibly wet, maybe that was the reason, but the carrots turned out to be more white than yellow.
