Very rare, Missouri heirloom is larger than the standard Blackeye pea. The peas are named for their green-colored "eye" on each seed. We have finally procured some seed for this great variety.

We have grown these cow peas in our gardens for years. They are delicious and have a very mild flavor. Freeze well. Be sure you have plenty of room for the plants to spread out though!! They can really take over the garden space. You won't be disappointed with this one..
