Strong healthy plants. Huge tomatoes took a long season to ripen. Good yields. Fruits had large cores but the flavor and texture were very nice..

Yellow Brandywine is also tastier than a variety called "Red Brandywine." It's another one I've chosen to save seeds from and will continue in my garden with its limited space (room for only 20 varieties!.

I absolutely love this incredibly juicy tomato. They have become a standard in our garden year after year. Every person I have shared this variety with tell me they must grow next year. You really can't go wrong with this tomato. Some years they have been a bit slow to come on but they are well worth the wait. They will continue to ripen off the vine after it has gotten too cold. I think they are best for fresh eating..
